I can think of a few, but here's number one:  I wish I could pick up small objects on the floor with my toes.  And transfer them to the opposite hand while remaining erect and never wavering.  And then put that foot into my flip-flop on the first try, without ever looking down.  And then, if my wife isn't looking, eat the peanut that I'd just dropped on the floor.

The ability to do the Filipino squat for hours at a time no matter how old you happen to be.   When I try it I invariably fall on my @ss.

L uses her toes as fingers.... I just can't do that. She can pick up things with her toes, cross her toes (no way I could ever do that!)

And she can speak 7 dialects at the drop of a hat - add English to that so it makes 8. I am always amazed that she can do that without confusing them all...

I am lucky to speak English fairly well, German somewhat well, French a bit, Spanish a bit less, Fijian (I can swear prolifically!), and some other Island dialects... in small degrees...

At 41 AM is still happy to scale a coconut tree barefoot with nothing but a bit of rope wrapped around and then dehusk the bounty in about 15 seconds flat.

I would really like to thoroughly clean my butt with a tabo after a really heavy messy poop, just like Filipinos seem to do. But this is only in situations when toilet paper and/or wet wipes are not available.

My in-laws do that regularly. The first time I saw that I was shocked! If I tried that, I would have no teeth left on that side...

I wish I had the digestion of the family... I eat half as much (seriously) but they're slim and I'm fat.

And they seem to be able to eat anything, that's been sitting under a cover, all day, in the heat, without issue... my stomach is much more tolerant that it was 5 or 6 years ago but I still have to be more careful with food than the locals.
