I believe it applies to those with a 13A or other perm res visa.

It's been quite a while since I held a tourist ACR card and can't remember what personal details it shows. If your address is printed on the card, then I feel sure you'd need to have that updated if and when you change addresses.

I just picked up my first ACR-I card. BI in San Fernando, La Union said it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. I checked after almost 4 weeks and it was there. They got my address wrong. Of course this is my address in San Fernando, La Union and I will be moving to Baguio in the next day.

I noticed that the ACR-I card has four electronic ways to scan the card. It has one of those chips embedded, it has a QR code and a bar code on both front and back. I checked the QR code with my smart phone and it lists the ACR-I Number, my full name, and my Visa Status.

I expect that the BI office in Baguio is much busier due to all the foreign students than the one on San Fernando, La Union where there is little wait. I may just do day trips to San Fernando for BI processing from Baguio, 2 hour bus ride each way for only 100 pesos, and maybe combine the BI visit with a day at the beach.
