As far as domestic airports, a local engineer who was recently visiting his project in Davao flying back to Manila was "caught" with a bullet in this luggage. He refused to pay the bribe and was arrested. He had to cough up P120,000 to bail himself out. So, it does happen in other airports.

This upset Mayor Duterte of Davao who said he will make the perpetrators swallow bullets.

And btw, what we read are only the ones reported because they are ones who refuse to pay up.

This M.O. will continue until the authorities treat this seriously and the syndicate sees that those involved are arrested, prosecuted and incarcerated. Until then good luck in your travels.

(I am now waiting for rebuttals and disagreeing views)....

So what's your point?

Do you have one or are you going after this forever?.  What happened to your medical studies to keep yourself occupied?   "Good luck in your travels", well I tell you now not one member of this forum that I know of has need it so far.

It seems odd for anyone to wear a bullet or carry one as some kind of jewelry but I suppose there are stranger things people use for jewelry.

I wonder how the airport authorities would treat someone carrying one of those bullet vibrators. :)

From your self proclaim act of terrorism to your final realization of a syndicate operation, I think you're coming along just fine.  However, I find this very intriguing: I am now waiting for rebuttals and disagreeing views.

Back at ya......if you provide more ammunition (bullets) to this topic, then we will respond accordingly.

Come on Richie, you can't hide it anymore, OK?  This is Richie arriving at LAX and should be walking normally in a couple days.

Well, I finally got caught.  Remember me?  I was that Filipino baggage inspector that inserted your device and had to spill the beans. Under intense interrogation, I confess that since you refused to pay me, I went ahead and warned LAX security for your arrival.

However, (but it took me awhile to penetrate)........great job in using duck tape to protect your back pocket......he, he.

Forever??? I'm not the one who posted about another incident.... and what medical studies are you referring to???? And yes, good luck.... as long as travelers are wrapping or taping their luggage that means they are anticipating being victimized. If you have not been victimized.... you got lucky.

And whoever wanted supporting info on the Davao incident.... it was in the news. If you missed it,  there is something called called google if I have to spell it out....
