That's a credible theory. There's also been a lot of flak creating negativity about the whole vaccination programme. Bragging rights abound and indignant replies don't help. They may be trying to tone it down. I hope so but somehow I don't think government are reading the same page as the experts and are ill prepared to deliver what's coming.
